Summoner Abilitis
Heal/Revive (Tank) Ghost/Teleport(Aggressive Tank) Any combination of these works fairly well.

Abilities:
Q = Rupture (Knock-up stun placed on ground, shown by smoke then BOOM)
w = Feral Scream (Silence + DMG AoE cone)
E = Vorpal Spikes (AOE dmg in a line with his attack)
R = Feast (insta kill below X health, successful feast gives him more HP)

Ability Build:
The best way to level Chogath ability wise is Q, ONE level of W, E. The silence should be used as utility silence to start battles. Its important to time your stun and silence right so you don't overlap them. Chogath is a very powerful tank, he can stay in a lane fairly easily if you off main his E ability since the creep kills he gets return mana and health.

This Chogath item build makes him nearly untouchable and will allow you to start fights without much worry. It is important that you make a guardian angel quickly so you don't lose your stacks so easily.

Playstyle

Chogath's stun is a difficult ability to hit. The best way to aim is to put the target slight off the center. Early on most players will not have the movespeed needed to move out of the way of a stun. Hitting Chogath's stun is very key when ganking since it has a fairly long range and it slows. Practicing hitting moving creep and heroes is the best way to do it. Don't feel bad if you can't hit it. Even the best players miss a couple when starting a game.

If you can't hit a stun its best to silence first, allow the enemy team to kind of settle in when the fight begins and then stun. You can also coordinate a stun with another teammate and chain a nasty cc combo.

Since Chogath gains health from feasting it is important that you use this ability as soon as its up. You should not save this ultimate to try and get a kill.
