the start of public rankings... i hope i get to be in high ELO! also we will have to ability to ban characters, kind of interested what char. ppl will be banning. based on who people play that I play with, I would prob ban Pantheon and Heimerdinger

New Item: Wriggle's Lantern
+35 Damage, +30 Armor, +14% Lifesteal UNIQUE Passive: 20% chance on attack to deal 500 damage to a minion. UNIQUE Active: Places an invisible ward with 1100 range sight and lasts for 3 minutes. 3 minute cooldown. Lol?? How long until that's nerfed?

just got on, the new screen looks pretty neato. one thing im pretty disappointed about is that in one of the champion spotlights, they showed 14 rune pages, but there are still only 2 =(
