Any of you programmers know of any way to compile .java files on Windows without using the fucking command prompt? I'm new to java, so any help would be great!

Eclipse and Netbeans are free, my company uses Eclispe for java clients. right now i'm immersed in the extreme gayness of swing and awt conflicts.

well im not sure about compiling a single .java file but i use blueJ to code java and then compile the code after i write it. http://bluej.org/
