Also, how does Udyr's passive bonuses work? Am I assuming those passives are always on and when he switches a stance he starts using the activation portion of the stance?

I'm guessing it can stack a maximum of 4 times.
So you basically go Q,W,E,R or whatever stance you actually want last to gets its full bonus.
