Yeah, faction change + server change. Wouldn't be cheap, but unless you value your time at like $.01/hr it's still better than that.

i'm in for playing WoW again...but if i do start again, i'd like to be horde
also depends on how well Old Republic turns out but i've learned that alliance just turns into a shit storm at max levels. where as on horde it's much more enjoyable -- I Pledge to ALWAYS do it for the Lobster.
